Dear Prairie Creek Neighbors,
Each year our local Garden Club offers two seasonal flower sales – one in the fall and one in the spring. We are pleased to announce that our spring Caladium bulb fundraiser is here and will run through Wednesday, April 7th. Now is a great time to consider adding a pop of color into your summer landscaping. Your support not only helps make our neighborhood a beautiful place to live, but it also provides funding for our future beautification efforts and projects.
Our current sale can be easily accessed right here on our club’s website by clicking on the “Order Caladium Bulbs” tab. There you'll find current pricing information alongside colorful pictures of the five products being offered:
- (5) Caladium bulb varieties – ranging in color from red, pink veined and white – for $16.00 a ten-pack (while supplies last).
And it couldn't be more convenient. Orders placed within the neighborhood will be delivered right to your front doorstep!
Please know that we are grateful for each and every sale as it enables us to continue our mission to help maintain the footprint of Prairie Creek Park. The Garden Club’s 53-year legacy includes decades of park improvements, including: park bridges, walking trails, park plantings, forestry redevelopment, gardening activities for Prairie Creek Elementary, and park cleanings and upkeep. With road construction finally complete along West Prairie Creek Dr., we are working with the City of Richardson to help refurbish some of the park's planting beds.
