Dear Prairie Creek Neighbors,

Each year our local Garden Club offers a variety of flowers and bulbs for our community to purchase through our seasonal fundraising efforts.  The resulting blossoms not only help make our neighborhood a beautiful place to live, but they also help fund our future beautification projects.  You may have noticed the colorful flowers springing up in the neighborhood sign beds at East Prairie Creek/Fall Creek.  Those bulbs were planted there from our most recent fall sale by our club members. 

Our fall fundraiser -- held in late September/early October -- was a big success, and we are thankful for your continued support!  It's so nice to walk or drive the neighborhood and see all the colorful plantings in people’s yards.  We are excited to announce that our spring Caladium bulb fundraiser is live, and ready to accept orders right here on our website.  Simply click on the "Order Caladium Bulbs" tab at: www.pcgardenclub.com.  There you will find current pricing and colorful pictures of each of the five varieties of size #1 bulbs available for purchase (while supplies last).  We have pretty red, pink veined and white ones, which are all being sold for $15.50 per10 pack.  As and added convenience, sales generated within Canyon Creek's boundaries will be sorted and delivered right to your doorstep.

Each and every sale enables us to continue our mission to help maintain the footprint of Prairie Creek Park. The Garden Club’s 53-year legacy includes decades of park improvements, including: park bridges, walking trails, park plantings, forestry redevelopment, gardening activities for Prairie Creek Elementary, and park cleanups.  Please visit our "Projects" tab for additional details on our endeavors.  Once road construction is completed along West Prairie Creek Dr., we plan to refurbish some of the park's planting beds.
